Sales and Brand Operations
Aqipa operates branches throughout Europe and Asia with on-site specialised sales staff and key account managers. The Brand Operations Team at the headquarters in Kundl is the contact point for all brands, negotiates conditions and ensures that our sales colleagues always have the right sales arguments to convince our dealers.
Marketing & E-Commerce
Whether it's trade shows and events, development of content strategies, channel marketing and POS development or the conception and implementation of the advertising and social media strategy for selected brands, our marketing team ensures the right positioning of our brands. #wegrowbrands In addition, Aqipa is building up e-commerce expertise, operating D2C and B2C shops throughout Europe and Australia. Purchase, IT, Logistics, Warehousing & Customer Service
A highly automated robotic autostore warehouse, more than 2 dozen brands that need to be purchased, stored, coordinated and distributed across Europe. A powerful SAP ERP system to manage this complexity and, of course, a customer service that processes orders/returns and advises, reassures and delights customers.
Finance & Administration
As a distributor, the financing of goods and delivery is a core task. In addition, of course, the many agreements with retailers have to be settled correctly and on time to manage international contracts and companies and to find, retain and train the right employees.
